“Dear God, I have been carrying a heavy burden and I am coming to You right now for relief. I surrender all my hurts, disappointments and insecurities to You. Thank You for Your Word, which tells me about Your unconditional love and affection for me. Help me to focus not on my feelings and emotions, but on the powerful truths in Your Word. I am weighed down with worry. I know that Your encouraging Word, which reminds me of Your kindness, will cheer me up. Holy Spirit, please guide me to the passage I need to read today. Banish this anxiety from my heart, and help me to focus on You and Your promises. Amen. Nothing can separate me from Your love—this I know for a fact. You are my Father, and I am Your child. I love to be in Your presence, because You are the source of all my peace and joy. Forever I will praise You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

Mary thank you for this prayer of faith, hope & love in times of difficult ies. I have been an anxious person all my life including in my spiritual walk. I’ve been a Christian for 34 years and now being 72 years old I find that my spiritual walk is growing but still variable to weakness. I know that will be this way until I reach Heaven. Thank you for your prayer it was inspiring. May God’s blessings , mercy and grace embrace you each day.

The word of God is my portion and his mercy and grace are my reward. And Roman’s 5:5 is in my heart. He has filled my cup with love overflowing. Amen
